Shipping & Delivery
Nationwide shipping available via UPS, all orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Local deliver is availabe for $15 to all areas of the Las Vegas valley, excluding all Hotel & Casino properties, or any Las Vegas Strip Locations. Local delivery to Hotels, Casinos, and all other strip locations will cost $45 per delivery.
Privacy & Security
Digital Insight Printing does not share your information with other companies, nor will we at any time. All your information is kept private and for the purpose of fulfilling orders only.
Returns & Replacements
All orders and artwork are accepted as “Print Ready”, once an order is received, we print your order immediately! Any changes to your artwork once the order has been place will be at your cost. Should you have a problem with your order, contact our sales department so we can resolve the issue quickly for you. All sales are final and we do not accept any “Returns” however we stand by our work and will replace anything we are at fault for.
Ordering
Ordering is easy! Simply browse our products, select the right products for your order, pick your options and upload your print ready artwork! It's that easy! Your order will be received and processed immediately and we will notify you with your pick up time or shipping details. If you need any assistance please call our sales department at: 702.792.3396 or e-mail us at sales@digitalinsightprinting.com. We offer same day service for pick up orders that are placed and paid for by 12pm Noon. All orders placed after 12pm will be available the following business day. (for all items available with same day service). CD & DVD orders typically take 3 business days to complete.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We require full payment prior to printing. All prices are competitive and non-negotiable. For pricing on items / orders not represented on our website, please contact our sales department 702.792.3396
Viewing Orders
To view the status of an order in progress or to get details on a past order, log in to your account and click on the “My Orders” link.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, log in to your account and click on the “Account Dashboard” link. From there you can click on the edit link under any corresponding heading.
